The Doctors Insurance Group, LLC medical malpractice programs offers various products to meet your clients needs. Below is a list of our products with a brief explanation for each:

• Segregated cell captive – This product is for accounts paying in excess of $500,000 in premium. This allows an insured to retain their own risk, obtain tax benefits, and still provide a cap on their total exposure via an aggregate established for the program.
  
  
• High/Low Plan – This product is for accounts paying in excess of $50,000 in premium. The insured pays a deposit premium and is adjusted based on actual losses within a minimum and maximum range. This allows the insured to take risk but still provides protection on the high end.
  
  
• Guaranteed cost – This product is for those insureds paying less than 50,000 but still wish to have ownership in the program which allows the insured to retain the underwriting profit and investment income from the group.
